Identification
Typical Myiarchus, but with white spots on the tail tips.
Distribution
Colombian endemic. Found in the West Andes of Valle del Cauca, highlands of Cauca and Nariño, and along the slopes of the Magdalena River Valley between the Central and East Andes.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species.[1]
Habitat
Forest edge, arid scrub. At least to 1700m.
Behaviour
Nests are lined with fur and feathers, and 2 eggs are laid.
