Taxonomy

There are 3 subspecies:
- H. a. slatini:
- H. a. inornata:
- Angola to southern Zaire (Shaba), Zambia, Malawi and northern Mozambique
- H. a. australis:
- Zimbabwe and Mozambique
Habitat
Dry forests and savannas.
