Identification

Distribution

Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Tanzania, and Uganda.

Taxonomy

Parus thruppi has two subspecies:[1]

  • M. t. thruppi
  • M. t. barakae

Formerly placed in genus Parus.

Habitat

Dry savanna and shrubland.
