Collocalia uropygialis

Identification

Distribution

New Caledonia, Loyalty Islands, Santa Cruz Islands and Vanuatu.

Taxonomy

Two subspecies recognized:

  • C. u. uropygialis: Santa Cruz Islands and Vanuatu (including Torres and Banks Islands)
  • C. u. albidior: New Caledonia and Loyalty Islands

It was formerly included in Glossy Swiftlet.
