Identification
35 cm., pink-grey face, throat and forehead, grey black eyering, under parts pale gray. Mantle black merging with metallic copper and bright green on back and wings. Tail glossed with blue, with a dark grey band across the middle. Female with chestnut margins to under tail coverts. Bill black and feet red.
