  • Short, weak tail
  • Longish bill with arched culmen

Distribution

Mangrove swamps of Galapagos Islands (Fernandina and Isabela)

Taxonomy

This is a monotypic species[1].

Habitat

Dense and tall mangrove forest.

Behaviour

Diet

Their diet consists mostly of insects and their larvae, particularly beetles and spiders.
