Distribution

South-east Asia: found in the Lesser Sundas (Timor and Wetar), Indonesia and East Timor.

Taxonomy

Subspecies

Two subspecies are recognized[1]:

  • A. j. wetterensis:
  • A. j. jonquillaceus:
  • Eastern Lesser Sundas (Timor and Rote)

Habitat

Monsoon forest and acacia savanna.
