Taxonomy
Subspecies
There are 2 subspecies[1]:
- H. p. prasina:
- Senegambia east to southern South Sudan, Uganda, western Kenya, and northwestern Tanzania, south to central Angola and central Democratic Republic of the Congo
- H. p. poensis:
- Bioko (Gulf of Guinea)
Habitat
Lowland and montane forests.
Behaviour
Diet
Their diet consists of insects, ants, grasshoppers, beetles and butterflies, etc.
