Distribution
South-east Asia: found in Malay Peninsula, Thailand, Borneo, Sumatra and Java.

Habitat
Lowland and hill forest, forest edges, gardens. Mostly seen in the lower or middle storey where the flowers are.
Behaviour
Diet
The diet includes fruits (berries from the Straits Rododendrum, and cherries from the Indian Cherry tree are particular favourites), pollen and nectar.
