Genus: Oreophylax

Description

This genus contains only one species, the Itatiaia Spinetail.

Taxonomy

Oreophylax is a genus in the Family Furnariidae.

This genus is sometimes merged into genus Schizoeaca

Itatiaia Spinetail is now placed in the genus Asthenes.
