Genus: Hemispingus
Description
If recognized, this would be a genus of Warbler-like Tanagers.
They are found in the mountains of South America.
Taxonomy
Hemispingus if recognized would be a genus in the family Thraupidae. These species were shown not to be each others closest relatives and have been distributed into six other genera.
