Description
Large African Hornbills.
- Black-and-white plumage
- Males with much larger casque than females
Like the genus Ceratogymna they live in forests and their behaviour is similar to the Asian Hornbills.
Taxonomy
Bycanistes is a genus in the Family Bucerotidae.
It is sometimes included in the genus Ceratogymna.
