  • Dark, rusty-coloured back
  • Long, broad tail.

Distribution

North-west Kimberley, Western Australia.

Taxonomy

Monotypic[1]

Habitat

Rugged sandstone plateaux with shrubby vegetation.

Behaviour

The diet includes invertebrates and a variety of grass seed.
