- Greyish-pink throat and breast
- Creamy-yellow belly
- Dark bill with flesh-pink base
Distribution
South America: found in north-eastern Brazil.

This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Caatinga and scrub
Behaviour
Erect posture when perched. Crest often raised.
Diet
There is little known about their diet, but they are thought to hawk for insects.
