- Africa south of the Sahara
- C. c. intermedius:
- Bioko (Gulf of Guinea)
- C. c. insularum:
- São Tomé, Príncipe and Pagalu (Gulf of Guinea)
Habitat
Evergreen and riverine forests.
Behaviour
The diet includes caterpillars.
