White Crow (2 Viewers)

I clearly spotted a white crow today, that I had noticed for some time now. It's flying with 3 others and they more or less stick to our property in the SW of France. Never seen one, it has a couple of black specks.
Saw some pictures of white crows on an awful site calle crowbusters, people that enjoy shooting rare crows.
New on this site, but will get back, we are fortunate to have quite some birds of prey around too.

It is almost a rule in Finland that in a flock of 50 Corvus corones at least one has white wing bars running in the base of primaries & secondaries.

Albinoism in Carrion Crows seems to be quite common. I have had at least two seperate families of partial albinos near me.

Neil and I were driving through Harrogate last Monday ( 7th September) and I saw a pure white Jackdaw feeding with two normal black ones on an open grass field behind the Tourist Information Centre.

Still kicking myself at not forcing Neil to stop the car so I could nip out and try to get a photo :-C Traffic was heavy and Neil was VERY stressed out at trying to find a place to stay for the night :smoke:

I live in Harrogate and keep seeing this white crow, have seen it again this morning whilst with my friend she couldnt belive it!! I see it on the stray alot and asda roof top car park. I now want to get a photo of it as it is amazing!!
