Post Oak Savanna vegetational area. Small marsh/swamp with small pockets of open water at ca. 91 m (300 ft) elevation.

Excellent capture ! Very similar to our Tropical Kingbird. Congrats Stanley!
 
A superb portrait Stanley. The bird calls to mind Grey Wagtail (grey, bright yellow on part of the underparts, white tail sides) but the shape and character are so different. I like this as a composition too: conventions say it's better to have a bird looking into the empty space than looking out of it, but where you've placed the bird here simply works.
