    Franklin's Gull. Looks like a 2nd summer bird lacking the large white mirrors in wing tip. Still, bill shape, whitish median band to wings (right before the dark tip) and also rosy hue to underparts are typical of Franklin's Gull.

    Black marks to bill are not only immaturity signs but could result from the bird being slightly weak. They occure in healthy adult birds also. Upper mandible is slightly overgrown resulting in a slight 'hook' and less pronounvced gonys but I can't tell if the bird is a young or older adult.

    well, dark eyed HGs have occured before avian flu. That head gives a bit of a Vega Gull feeling with its dark eye, but with that primary pattern it is just impossible...

    I see no Caspian traits in this bird. Primary pattern is just perfect for HG, presumably a local argenteus. I don't know if you have heard about the apparent recent increase in dark eyed HG, @Southern Viking, it is said that avian flew could be responsible for this.

    Great Black-backed Gull, but of course not juvenile since we're in may. The bird is almost one year old.

Somehow mantle colour doesn't match the more blueish colour of YLG, imo, but that's also very subjective. More pics and especially flight pics would be needed to solve this.     Without an open wing we can't say much other than it looks a bit paler than the nearby graellsii. Could well be hybrid LBBG x ? (HG or YLG) on the apparently large white tertial and scapular crescents (a criteria of hybrids as per P. Adriaens, You are being redirected...)

    wing shape and posture of wings doesn't match Black Kite at all. It looks like a Honey Buzzard to me. Note it's a more or less front view and wings are foreshortened, still bulging secondaries, long bars in wings and small head seem to be present in this bird.

    Clearly a Tree Pipit. Note that flank streaking is just below wings, strong bill and rel. short hind claw. You can also listen to the very different songs, e.g. on xeno-canto.org

    like Alexander said, the narrow tapering tail band is a feature in 1st cycle michahellis for separation from Herring or Caspian Gulls, note however that quite some baltic HG do have a narrow and contrasting tail band! These are both 2nd cycles (note grey mantle and scapulars) and both look good...

    Looks like a T. bergii to me. Wings a bit slimmer and more angular, primaries widely pale, dark upperside, only bill looks weirdish strong and straight but that might be due to angle.

    Massachusetts - Rare Broad-winged Hawk??

    Note that Broad-winged Hawk has a different wing shape, especially wing tip with 4 rather than 5 fingers and doesn't show the typical black leding edge to arm of Red-tailed.
