Identification
Distribution
Endemic to the lowlands of Northern Sulawesi, Bangka, Lembeh and Togian islands.
Taxonomy
Monotypic[1]
Habitat
Mid-storey lowland and hill forest.
Behaviour
They gather in fruit trees.
They nest in cavities in the rootball of arboreal epiphytic ferns. Both parents care for the young.
