Wolinski National Park

We visited Miedzyzdroje in early October at what must have been somewhere near the height of the migration season for various kinds of duck, geese and cranes. Around the delta / mouth of the river there are a few very special birds, which are not so difficult to see - particularly the white-tailed eagle and the aquatic warbler. There are a couple of sanctuaries where you can see rescued white-tailed eagles too. Well worth it. Content and images originally posted by cheekykev
