Zosterops nehrkorni

Identification

12 cm. Rich olive-green upperparts, yellow-green rump and dark green-black tail. Black forehead, broad white eye-rings. Bright yellow chin, throat and undertail-coverts, underparts white with grey flanks. Pale orange bill and legs.

Distribution

Endemic to Sangihe island. South East Asia: Indonesia: Greater Sundas: Sulawesi. Critically endangered or extinct

Monotypic.

Habitat

Forests.

Behaviour

The diet includes insects and fruit.
