Identification
15–18 cm
- Mostly brown plumage
- Graduated tail
Distribution
Africa found from southwestern Sudan; southeastern South Sudan, southern Ethiopia and southern Somalia to northern Uganda, Kenya, and northeastern Tanzania.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Dry forest edges, open wooded grassland, deciduous and evergreen thickets and riverside bush. Scrub in semi arid areas.
Behaviour
Diet
Their diet consists of insects and fruit.
