Identification
Red bill and forehead, blue crown and yellow band on its wing.
Distribution
South-central/eastern Australia.
South East Queensland to Victoria, Tasmania and Eyre Peninsula, South Australia
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Behaviour
The nest is usually built in a hollow limb of a tree. The clutch consists of 2 white eggs.
