Identification

24cm. Fine white streaks on brown crown, grey brown throat and breast, olive yellow mantle, wings and tail, white belly, yellow undertail coverts. Crown feathers sometimes raised in short shaggy crest.

Distribution

Himalayas, southern China, S.E. Asia and the Malay Peninsular.
