Identification
Distribution
Western and central Africa: Guinea to Sudan, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo and Angola.
Taxonomy
Halcyon badia has three subspecies:
- H. b. badia;
- H. b. lopezi; and
- H. b. obscuridorsalis.
