Identification

Brown upperparts and tail white outer tail feathers, buffy underparts, thin bill, pink lower mandible, dark iris, dark legs and feet.

Distribution

Found in Africa from Nigeria east to Chad, Sudan, Ethiopia, Zaire, Kenya and Tanzania.

Taxonomy

Monotypic.

Habitat

Dry forests, dry savanna, and dry shrubland.
