Identification
12cm. Very like Rwenzori Apalis except for being noticably larger, all white chin and throat, broader breast band, no rufous on lower breast and deeper colouring on the flanks.
Distribution
Africa
Western Africa: Nigeria, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo
Eastern Africa: Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, Burundi
Taxonomy
Has been considered conspecific with Ruwenzori Apalis in the past.

Habitat
