Identification
- Bill: black, very long and decurved
- Upper-parts: olive-brown
- Black head and nape with white streaks
- Chestnut-rufous wings and tail,
- Throat: whitish
Distribution
Taxonomy
Monotypic.
Habitat
Atlantic Rain Forest and secondary woodland, often associated with stands of bamboo.
Behaviour
The diet includes insects.
