Male
- Black head and upperparts
- Small white spot behind eye
- Short white sub-moustachial stripe
- Black wings
Distribution
South America: found in the humid foothills of south-eastern Peru (Cuzco and Puno).
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Humid lowland and foothill forests in shrubby growth.

Their diet consists mostly of insects.
