- Northern Philippines (Luzon, Mindoro and Catanduanes)

- Central Philippines (Negros and Guimaras)
- D. b. bicolor:
- Southern Philippines (Bohol, Leyte, Dinagat, Mindanao and Samar)

Uncommon in forest canopy below 1000 m.
