Identification

32c. Yellow crown, brown-yellow upper back, green throat, long tail-wires. Female - maroon, dark brown head, white below.

Misool and Jobi Islands of west Irian Jaya and northern New Guinea.

Forest

2 pinkish eggs with dark markings are laid in tree nest high above ground.

The diet consists mainly of fruits and insects.
