Identification

Male - crimson cap, black mask, pale greyish-white bill, white marks on the back and tertials, black girdle across white underparts, yellowish lower belly, red undertail coverts cinnamon throat. Female - darker throat and all-black crown.

Distribution

Boliva and Brazil.

Taxonomy

Habitat

Moist lowland forests.

Behaviour

The diet includes fruits.
