Breeds Balearic Islands; ranges to coastal northern Europe

Habitat
Pelagic. Breeds on islands and coastal cliffs.
Behaviour
Breeding
One egg is laid in a burrow. Nocturnal visits are made to avoid predation.
Diet
The diet includes fish and molluscs.
