Distribution
South-east Asia: found on Seram and Buru in the southern Moluccas (Indonesia).
Taxonomy
Subspecies
There are 2 subspecies [1] which may constitute separate species [2]:
- M. w. elisabethae: "Seram Myzomela". Mountains of Seram (southern Moluccas)
- M. w. wakoloensis: "Buru Myzomela". Mountains of Buru (southern Moluccas)
Habitat
Moist lowland forests, mangroves and montanes.
