Description

This genus formerly contained four dull brownish Babblers of SE-Asia.

Taxonomy

Trichastoma if recognized would be a genus in the Family Pellorneidae.
It was formerly included in the family Timaliidae.
These species are now placed in the genus Pellorneum.
