Yellow bird in North Central Texas (1 Viewer)

Have seen this bird two of the last three days in my backyard. I know I should know what it is, but just not sure. First time I've seen one here. Photo not focused very well, but figured it was good enough for someone to ID.

I had same thought, but Yellow Warblers don't reside here in the summer or winter months. They do come through during migration which might be the case with this one. I know my summer migrants (Mississippi Kites and Painted Buntings) are about to leave. Saw a group of about 2 dozen Kites soaring in the sky above my home this afternoon and know from experience, that when they do that, they are getting ready to leave. Closest thing to a Yellow Warbler I considered was Orange Crowned Warbler which does come to my backyard in winter months, but never this early in the year and something about this bird told me it couldn't be an Orange Crowned.

I'm for a female Yellow Warbler. Migration has already started down here for the past month. I'm beginning if the early migrators are warning us about a miserable winter.

Thanks for the help. I thought it looked more like a Yellow Warbler than any of the others I considered, but had never actually seen one. Got a Lifer!!!
