Wren or Cetti's Warbler (1 Viewer)

Spotted this evening at Ibsley Hampshire England. The bird was on top of a hedge - I think it was singing but not sure of the song. Sorry I am the photographer.
Then it dropped down into the hedge where I tracked it with the camera and took a few pictures as best I could. It hopped through the hedge in front of me and looked out a few times.
OH hopes it is a Cetti's Warbler but wanted to know what others thought.
Thanks Sue
