Can anyone please help identify these woodpeckers seen in the Finger Lakes area in New York State August this year.

Downy or Hairy or both ?

First, is a Red-bellied Woodpecker. All the rest are Downys for me.

The first one looks like a Red-bellied, the rest are Downy.

Bird A is a Red-bellied Woodpecker. And birds B, C, D, & E are Downy Woodpeckers, with those short bills.
