we feed a family of wild magpies and have done for ages, at the moment all of a sudden one of the babies just sits on the porch asleep most of the time. i think he's sick. there r 2 babies and the other one is fine, flys off with the parents but this little one doesn't except for sleep at night. could i add something to its food to help it. i usually feed them steak, mince and chicken, but i could throw something separate for the baby. please help I'm really worried : (

Well that must be very upsetting to watch a bird not doing well. Wish there was something I could do for you or the bird but I am not qualified for iether. I suppose many people are like me or us and have regular visitors that we take a kind of loving feeling toward. I would feel terrible if something were to happen to our henrietta and I worry about her when I don't see her for a while so I feel for you. Hope someone more qualified to do so will advise you on proper course of action. I do so hope it all works out for you and your charge.
