Velbon Pan handle (1 Viewer)

I appear to have lost the pan handle part of my Velbon tripod. However, as much as I search the internet I cannot seem to find anyone / company that actually sells these parts unless I go for the entire head - which I don't need to do
Can anyone help with any possible contacts who might be able to help solve this problem.
