Upgraded vs older model in Pocket CL’s (1 Viewer)

Hi folks, can anybody explain the differences between the older pocket cl’s and the newer pocket cl’s. Am I correct in thinking it’s just a design change for the rubber coating or are there better optics/ lenses and lens coatings that come with the new model?

From Swarovski regarding the 2021 update:
'The changes made relate to design and accessories, with no differences between the optical parameters of the CL Pocket binoculars range,
introduced in September 2013'
