Unknown Gull Gambia April 2024 (1 Viewer)

I have read that Hartlaub's Gull is a non migratory gull confined to the Atlantic Coast of South Africa and Namibia. In April 2024 I was on a trip on the Allahein River, which forms the border between Southern Gambia and Senegal and came across this gull among the hundreds of Slender Billed Gulls present. It reminds me of the Hartlaub's Gulls I saw in Capetown, South Africa. Is it possible that this is a Hartlaub's Gull?
Regards,
Dave

Open wing shots would help, if you have any. The mantle seems pale, like the S-b G in shot three, so should rule out the darker-mantled Hartlaub’s Gull.
