Hey everyone. I'm hoping someone can help me ID this bird I recorded in Cyprus last September. Audio was taken in the very east of the island not far from the coast, in the scrubby habitat around the Ayia Napa wastewater treatment plant to be more precise. It's not the best recording, the bird in question must've been a little further away, but I hope it will do regardless.
Possible candidates that were seen that day are Sardinian, Cyprus and Spectacled Warbler, Masked and Lesser Grey Shrike, Eastern Olivaceous Warbler, Lesser Whitethroat and Cretzschmar's Bunting, but none of them seem to fit too well.
