Turkey vulture immature? Rizières de Mana, French Guiana, Nov 24 (1 Viewer)

Just developing a couple of photos, and having a crisis of confidence of whether this bird is an immature Turkey or Lesser Yellow-headed vulture. I saw adults of both species at the site - I'm leaning towards Turkey due to the head pattern and brownish wings, with a relatively short tail.
The other pointer to Turkey is the fact it was circling me in classic cowboy movie style :)...

Thanks - I’m still leaning towards Turkey vulture, wing pattern seems good, but as far as I can tell facial features provide no clear clue
