Tucson AZ female teal, Blue or Green (1 Viewer)

Taken last week at Sweetwater. Blue or Green, I didn't think the bill was big enough for a Blue. Trying for a Green as I don't have one in my collection.

White eye-ring interrupted by dark eye line along with the white at the base of the bill point to Blue-winged Teal.
