Tree or Meadow Pipit? (15 Viewers)

Not my photo, taken from a FB group "Identyfikacja ptaków".
What do you think this pipit is? It was identified as a Meadow Pipit, but I'd say it's a Tree Pipit, because of the pink snippet of the bill (visible on the 2nd pic), broad sub moustachial stripe (broader than it would be in Meadow Pipit), the eye-ring seems broken and the streaks on the flanks seem thinner than those on the breast.
What would you call this pipit? Do you agree with my assessment (maybe there are more pro-Tree Pipit features)?

Hello,

can you ask for the original pictures?
I see what you mean, but
  • bill base seems yellowish on my screen, with the usual caveats, also regarding the lack of the original picture
  • although easy within variation, quite a few Tree Pipits have a more well marked/distinct/easier to ID (worn) head pattern in may, including a mark on the lores than this bird
  • streaking on the rear flanks is slightly blop/thrush like shaped (yes, I recall Butty and as I gladly saw that MacNara has posted again - Thanks so much, excellent and helpful for me!- maybe...)
  • although difficult to be sure, claws seems contrastingly blackish-horn
Conclusion? I need the original pictures for near confident ID but until that, I am in the Meadow Pipit camp.

The original pictures are the ones, which I uploaded! The author said he has no more photos.
