Nice walk this morning, finally some sunshine, the birds were feeling it as well, Corn Buntings were singing and Skylarks were chasing each other around. Good views of a Peregrine and a Red Kites, the best thing about it though was the sheer number of birds, not just the oodles of Cornies and Skylarks, but big numbers of Goldfinch and Linnets as well including one flock of at least 200 birds, very pleasing to see a couple of Grey Partridges as well!!
