Hi Herve, welcome to the forum on behalf of the staff and moderators. I think you will find us a friendly and helpful group. The best thing to do, if possible, would be to get the bird to a wildlife rehabilitation facility. We also have some information on finding young/injured birds here:

Hi Herve and a warm welcome from me too. In order to properly help this bird, it is important to find out which species it is to ensure a correct diet and, indeed, if it is a young bird and how young it might be. As Lisa has said, try to find a local wildlife rescue to care for him.
