Hello everyone!

I need help ID'ing various Australian (mainly Tasmanian) birds, some regretfully very blurry. Many thanks!

1) By the side of the road in Tasmania in December, near Lake St. Clair:

Hmm. I could make out any yellow - but if there is , maybe Noisy Minor might fit. From that angle and with that light we might never know with certainty!
