Can someone please identify this juvenile Sunbird? Taken in Mgahinga Nat. Park Uganda July 3.

I think (not sure) it's Variable Sunbird. It might be a male in non-breeding plumage and not a juvenile, but I'm not experienced enough to know the difference.
